This three year strategy sets out our Vision, Mission, and Strategic Intents. The purpose of this plan is to set clear objectives, and to ensure each of our activities is moving us towards the delivery of our vision.
A three-year strategy also helps us to determine the direction of HBBS and ensure that everyone in the organisation is working towards the same aims and key objectives. This is important for resource management.
Our Staff, counsellors, Trustees and volunteers have all helped with shaping this strategy and we are grateful to everyone who has contributed and who add so much value for our organisation.
